Terms and Conditions

Vantone Systems provides a B2B post-purchase review management platform designed for automotive dealerships. The platform allows authorized dealership staff to input customer transactional data to send automated feedback requests via SMS text messaging and email.

To utilize our dashboard, dealerships must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@vantonesystems.com of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. Vantone Systems will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

Because our system triggers text messages on your behalf to your end-consumers, you (the dealership client) agree to strict compliance laws.

• Point of Sale Consent Required — You warrant that you will only input consumer information into the Vantone Systems portal for individuals who have provided explicit verbal and written consent at your physical Point of Sale (POS) during their vehicle purchase process.
• Auditing Paperwork — You agree to maintain physical or digital records of this written consent (e.g., on signed sales sheets or privacy disclosures) and must be able to provide proof of consumer consent to Vantone Systems or cellular carriers upon request.
• Prohibited Lists — You strictly agree not to upload purchased leads, scraped phone numbers, or third-party marketing lists into our platform.

When our platform transmits SMS messages to your consenting customers on your behalf, the following rules and carrier disclosures strictly apply.

• Program Name and Use — The SMS program operates under the name “Vantone Review Requests” and is used strictly for transactional, post-purchase feedback collection.
• Message Frequency — Message frequency is strictly limited to one (1) initial text request following a vehicle purchase, and one (1) optional reminder text 48 hours later if no response is recorded.
• No Marketing — We do not send promotional alerts, marketing blasts, or recurring advertising campaigns.
• Cost — Message and data rates may apply. Dealerships and end-consumers are responsible for any text or data fees applied by their mobile providers.
• Mobile Information Sharing Exception — Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent collected for the purpose of SMS communication will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased with third parties, partners, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Every message sent through our system includes mandatory carrier opt-out controls. End-users can manage their preferences using the standard keywords below.

• STOP — End-users can reply STOP to any text message to instantly unsubscribe. The system will send a single automated confirmation text and will completely block any further SMS transmissions to that number.
• HELP — End-users can reply HELP for program information or reach out directly to our compliance desk at info@vantonesystems.com.

All content, features, software code, dashboard layouts, logos, and branding elements on the Vantone Systems platform are the exclusive property of Vantone Systems and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for your internal business operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantone Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or customer relationships, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Vantone Systems makes no guarantees regarding the percentage of customers who will leave reviews or the exact rating outcomes.

We strive to maintain high platform uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate a dealership’s access to our platform immediately, without notice, if we detect or suspect a violation of our SMS Consent policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
