This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when our partnering dealerships utilize our services, or when you interact with our platform. By utilizing our platform or providing information through our partner dealerships, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Because Vantone Systems is a B2B platform, we do not collect consumer information directly from public web forms. Instead, we process data provided to us by authorized automotive dealerships.
- Customer Transactional Data — When a customer completes a vehicle purchase, dealership staff manually input the customer's name, mobile phone number, email address, and sale date into the secure Vantone Systems portal.
- Feedback Data — If a customer clicks the unique link sent to them, we collect the ratings and feedback provided regarding their dealership experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly to fulfill the service requested by the dealership:
- To send a single post-purchase transactional SMS and/or email containing a unique feedback link.
- To send a single optional follow-up reminder SMS 48 hours later if no feedback has been submitted.
- To route positive feedback to public review platforms (like Google) or capture negative feedback privately for the dealership's internal quality assurance.
Share and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with service providers (such as our underlying SMS gateway provider, Twilio) strictly necessary to transmit the transactional messages requested by the dealership.
Strict SMS and Mobile Data Protection Policy
Carriers require strict safeguards regarding mobile information. Vantone Systems enforces the following absolute protections:
Mobile Information Sharing — Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent are provided by dealership staff on behalf of the customer as part of the vehicle purchase process, and are collected solely for the purpose of SMS communication. This information will not be shared, sold, rented, or leased with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This SMS opt-in data and consent are entirely isolated and used solely to deliver the post-purchase review link as authorized by the consumer at the Point of Sale.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect customer data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Access to the Vantone Systems dashboard is password-protected and restricted strictly to authorized dealership personnel and Vantone Systems administrators.
Your Choices and Opt-Out
- SMS Opt-Out — You can opt out of receiving any further text messages from our platform at any time by replying STOP to our text message.
- Email Opt-Out — You can unsubscribe from any email communications by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
